Good Eats..Healthy Eats!

Cooking delicious sides like this one has become a norm in my kitchen. Slicing green peppers, red peppers, mushrooms, onion, and zuccini topped with seasoning, and grilling them in a pan for a couple of minutes is one easy way to consume favorable carbohydrates.
So remember, don't be lazy when it comes to choosing which carbs to consume. Blaming your consumption of unfavorable carbs on convenience, is lazy! You' ve heard of people over eating on pasta and bread, but what about salad greens and oranges? I didn't think so.
