In Home Training!
Showing great dedication to her fitness, Cassie is getting it done where she can..at home! 5 weeks into her 10 week journeyof being dialed in she is still moving strong. Staying consistent with her Advocare supplementation, and Zone eating she is going to easily reach her goals within the next 5 weeks! With 12kg Turkish Get-Ups, Renegade Rows, and 1.5 Pood KB Swings , Cassie crushed her workout within the confinements of her home and was done in 20 minutes. Workouts at home are perfect for her since she is a student teacher during the day, and has another job in the evening. Her time is minimal and going to the closest gym isn't always possible. But, there is no doubt she is making it happen. No excuses. Like her, if something is important to you, you MUST go get it! Don't wait, start now.
